Boat Rates: The boat
rates are per passenger, include accommodations
in double cabins, all meals, island sightseeing,
all guide and lecture services, transfers
in the islands and between the airport and
yacht in Galapagos.
Not Included: Galapagos flights, Galapagos
Entrance Fee (currently $100 USD payable
in cash to the national park authorities
in Galapagos), tips (it is customary to
tip the guide, chef and crew) soft drinks,
alcoholic beverages, and any other extras
not specifically mentioned. All prices are
subject to change without notice.
Galapagos Flight:
When we reconfirm your reservation for the
boat we will make the reservation for the
Quito-Galapagos-Quito (or Guayaquil) flight
so you are ensured space on the plane to
meet our boat. Air tickets are picked up
at our associates office in Quito or delivered
to your hotel prior to departure. The Quito-Galapagos
flight schedules vary depending on your
yacht or ship. Please be advised that there
is a limit of 20 kilos (44 lbs) per person
on the flight to Galapagos.

Cancellation
Policy:
More than 120 days prior to the departure
date the 20% deposit is refundable although
we may retain an administrative fee of $200
US per person. 120 - 60 days prior to departure
the 20% deposit is forfeited. Less than
60 days prior to departure the full price
is charged as a cancellation fee. In case
of cancellation, deposits and payments may
be refundable only if the tour is resold
and only after the departure date. No refunds
are available for unused portions of any
tour.
SCUBA
Diving:
Special itinerary SCUBA diving charters
are available on request for most yachts.
Occasional dives are possible on standard
itinerary tours (Galapagos Explorer II,
Andando / Beagle, Tip Top III and II, Sulidae,
San Jose and more). For SCUBA charters,
divers should bring mask, fins, snorkel,
wetsuit (¼ inch thick minimum), weight
belt, gauges, regulators, buoyancy compensator,
and underwater flashlight for night dives.
Gear rental is possible. Divers must also
bring their diving certification card and
a recent medical certificate showing they
are fit to dive. |
